The organization provides training, seed funding, mentorship, and direct access to global markets, helping women build thriving agricultural businesses and strengthen the economic resilience of their families and communities.
As a member of the Board of Directors, I support the organization's long-term growth and strategy, helping guide its mission to create greater opportunity and economic empowerment for women coffee producers around the world.
